Shipping & delivery
Dispatched the next working day — the same day if you order before 2pm. Delivery takes 3–6 working days anywhere in India, usually the shorter end of that for metro addresses.
Delivery is ₹79, and free on orders over ₹999. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us. We don’t ship outside India yet.
Returns
Unused candles can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging for a full refund. Write to us with your order number and we’ll arrange the pickup.
If it arrived damaged, send a photograph within seven days and we’ll replace it straight away — you don’t need to send the broken one back. Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Candle care & safety
Trim the wick back to about 5mm before every light. On the first burn, let the wax melt all the way to the edge of the jar before you put it out — that sets the memory ring and stops it tunnelling later.
Burn on a heat-safe surface, away from draughts, curtains and anything that can catch. Never leave a lit candle unattended, and keep it out of reach of children and pets. Stop burning once about 10mm of wax is left.
